I am incredibly excited to begin this new group and even more excited by our cool acronym. Starting as soon as possible, I will be hosting maintenance events for students in the Portland area possessing Light Electric Vehicles. That includes one-wheels, esk8, escooters, ebikes, emotos, and EUCs. I will be providing a sub-set of my personal tool collection, and of course my technical knowledge. I’m working with faculty at Cascade to find a location for all of us to work together.
I think that these events will serve as a strong social base while we build Levitate. I hope one day that our club can be known for its friendly, knowledgeable, and safety-focused culture.
