Constitution of Light Electric Vehicle Integration, Tuning, Advancement, and Technical Exploration, Portland Community College

Article I: Name The name of this organization shall be Light Electric Vehicle Integration, Tuning, Advancement, and Technical Exploration, hereafter referred to as “Levitate.”

Article II: Purpose The purpose of Levitate is to advance the technical knowledge and confidence of it’s members about light electric vehicles (LEVs).

Article III: Membership

  1. Membership is open to all currently enrolled students of Portland Community College.
  2. Members must attend at least one club meetings or events per month to maintain active membership.
  3. Non-discrimination clause: The Club will not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, age, etc..

Article IV: Officers

  1. Dayna Shaw will be responsible for all official club business for the indefinite future.

Article V: Meetings

  1. Maintenance meetings will be held once per month.
  2. Idea-sharing sessions will be held once per month.
  3. Group rides will occur as often as possible, up to once per week, limited by weather.
